Professor Dr. T. V. N. Persaud embraced Islam. He was the Chairman of the Department of Anatomy for 16 years at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is the author and editor of 22 textbooks; he has published some 180 scientific papers. Talking about the Quran, He said: "I have no difficulty in my mind reconciling that this is a divine inspiration or revelation which leads him (Muhammad) to these statements."
