Since opening their US based production plant last July, GGT -Footing™ has experienced tremendous growth.

Through the efforts of our outstanding distributors, we have reached the one million pound mark!

A Massachusetts Success Story

The new barn and indoor arena at Rising Star Stables in Carver, Mass (http://www.risingstar-stables.com) were completed in early 2010 and were ready for footing late in April. Although the farm owners, Stella O’Donnell and Laura Moore, had tentatively chosen a different footing product, once they got a sample of GTT footing® from Massachusetts distributor Read Custom Soils, they quickly changed their minds. One week later, they were taking delivery of 4,000 lbs of GGT Footing® that was blended through a pugmill with 100 tons of Read's fine equestrian sand. “GGT ARRIVES IN CHINA…MAINE!

Having used Polysol GGT strand-fibers several years ago for their indoor dressage arena, owners Celeste and Glenn Healey just completed their new 20,000sq ft outdoor dressage arena, and once again, they chose GGT. Their fantastic new private facility is located on China Lake in one of Maine’s most scenic regions, just outside of Augusta. At night, you can hear the cry of loons while you sweep the barn aisle!

Celeste and Glenn are a dedicated dressage husband-and-wife team, and both have extensive professional backgrounds in medical fields. Since 1982, Brad has owned and operated his own construction company. Bradon Construction is a diverse company. Their primary business now is Industrial and heavy commercial construction. They have their own backhoes, dozers, skid steers, loaders, gravel truck etc. They have just designed and are currently building their own riding facility with stable, indoor arena and outdoor sand and grand prix field.

Brad has several horses the two best are being rode by Jill Henselwood who is on the Canadian equestrian team and was at the last Olympics. The horse Bottom Line recently won the $300,000 Lamborghini at Hits Thermal. A class, which was the largest class ever held in Western United States. They have won many other classes and just recently returned from a trip to France and Belgium with her. Brad and his show team are regularly at most of the show venues in Canada and the United States. Brad and his team are currently showing at Spruce Meadows in Calgary.  At press time, you can see that his horse is at the top rated horse for the HITS Saugerties one million dollar class.

Bradon Construction is a Western Canadian Based Construction Company and is heavily invested in the sport of Show Jumping. Brad is expanding his construction company to incorporate his love of horses (mixing work with pleasure). Bill and Abby Lowry own and operate Winsor Farm Sales, Inc. in North Scituate, RI, which specializes in the development, and sales of quality young jumpers and equitation horses as well as CEM Quarantine for mares and stallions. Bill Lowry has been competing horses since an early age. He excelled as a junior capturing many National titles.
